Terms of Service

DMCA Bunny is an application that assists users in:

• Collecting URLs related to suspected copyright infringement.
• Identifying website, host, and registrar abuse contacts.
• Autogenerating takedown request e-mails.

DMCA Bunny is a tool to assist with the preparation and facilitation of intellectual property takedown requests. It does not guarantee sites, hosts, and registrars will comply with takedowns and is not a substitute for legal advice or representation.

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and legitimacy of any takedown requests generated or submitted through DMCA Bunny.
• You must ensure you have the rights to the intellectual property you are requesting to be removed.
• You agree not to misuse DMCA Bunny for harassment, spamming, or any other unlawful purpose.

To prevent abuse of the service, DMCA Bunny limits users to sending takedown requests to 300 recipients per day.

DMCA Bunny reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts if abuse, spamming, or other misuse is suspected.

DMCA Bunny assists in generating and sending takedown notices, but:

• There is no guarantee that content will be taken down.
• Many hosts, registrars, and websites require additional follow-up steps (such as web forms or ticket systems).
• DMCA Bunny is not liable if sites refuse, fail, or delay removal of content.

• DMCA Bunny only assists in submitting intellectual property takedown notices (commonly known as DMCA notices).
• DMCA Bunny does not generate or submit Take It Down Act (TIDA) notices.

• DMCA Bunny is not liable for any harassment, retaliation, or abuse that may result from takedown notices being sent.
• DMCA Bunny is not responsible for any notices that are submitted to third-party repositories such as Lumen.
• DMCA Bunny does its best to identify accurate abuse contacts based on publicly available sources (including ICANN and OSINT), but cannot guarantee 100% accuracy due to the constantly changing nature of domain hosting and registrar information.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use DMCA Bunny. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, and software related to DMCA Bunny are the property of DMCA Bunny and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use DMCA Bunny:

• To submit false, fraudulent, or malicious takedown requests.
• To harass individuals, groups, or organizations.
• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

Limitation of Liability

DMCA Bunny provides its services “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMCA Bunny disclaims all liability for damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DMCA Bunny and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the service, including but not limited to the submission of takedown notices.

Modifications to the Service

DMCA Bunny reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Maryland.
